Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey

Honey Sauce

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • salt & pepper

Garnish

  • maldon salt
  • pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. Add chicken wings to a large mixing bowl. Add in cornstarch olive oil, salt & pepper and seasonings. Mix together until chicken wings are evenly coated. Add a large wire rack on top of each baking sheet and spray wire rack with cooking spray. Evenly add chicken wings on the wire racks, making sure there is enough room between each chicken wing. Add 1 tbsp of honey overtop of the chicken wings and bake for 40 minutes. Pulling them out halfway and flipping.
  • Once chicken wings have been flipped, Add 1 tbsp of honey over top of the wings and add back to the oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Whisk together until combined. Once chicken wings have been in the oven for 35-40 minutes, brush each chicken wing, using only half of the marinade. Add back into the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Remove chicken wings from oven and add to a large serving platter. Pour over the other half of the sauce overtop of the wings. Toss together. Top with more honey and sea salt. Add pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
