Nutella Stuffed Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Optional Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

  • Add 1-2 tbsp of Nutella to a lined baking sheet to create disc shapes. Smooth out a disc with a knife. Freeze for 25-30 minutes.
  • Combine Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix and water to a large bowl. Mix until combined and batter is formed.
  • Heat a skillet with 1 tsp butter. Add ΒΌ cup pancake batter. Add frozen Nutella disc on top and add a bit more batter to cover the disc. Cook for 75 seconds per side. Repeat until all batter is used
  • Plate pancakes and top with whipped cream, and blueberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
