These wings are coated in a luscious homemade hot honey buffalo sauce, crafted with a blend of fiery hot sauce and sweet honey, creating a delicious balance of heat and sweetness with every bite.

Ingredients
Chicken Wings
1lbchicken wings
1tspold bay
1tspkosher salt
1tspblack pepper
1tsponion powder
1tspgarlic powder
1tsppaprika
1/2tspcayenne
1tbspolive oil
1tbspcornstarch
Hot Honey Buffalo Sauce
1stick of unsalted butter
1/2cuphot sauce
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/4cuphoney
a few dashes of Worcestershire
Garnish
2tbsphoney
salt & a few cracks of black pepper
1tbspparsleychopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 415F degrees. Line 2 9x13 baking sheets with parchment paper. Add a wire rack to each baking sheet and spray the wire rack with cooking spray and set aside.
Add chicken wings to a large mixing bowl with all of the chicken wing ingredients and seasonings. Mix together until all chicken wings are evenly coated.
Cover and let sit in the fridge for min. 30 minutes.
Evenly add chicken wings to wire racks with enough space in between each wing. Bake for 20 minutes per side. Flipping wings half way. When you flip wings, add honey to the wings and brush. Bake for another 20 minutes. Remove chicken wings from oven once crispy and cooked to your liking.
Heat a small saucepan over low-medium heat. Add in butter and let butter melt. Once melted, add in hot sauce and mix together until combined. Add in honey, salt, garlic powder and Worcestershire. Mix together.
Remove from heat after 5-6 minutes. Add to a bowl and set aside.
Add chicken wings to a large bowl. Drizzle with honey and toss. Add hot honey buffalo sauce to the wings and toss. Plate and top with salt & black pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
