This pasta salad is jam packed with some of my favorite ingredients and paired with marinated bocconcini and an Italian Dressing so good, you can drink it!

Ingredients
Pasta Salad
1boxpasta of choice
1/2cupgreen pitted olives, halved
1/3cuppepperoninci's, sliced
1/2red onion, diced
1cupsalami, cubed
1/2cupcherry tomatoes, halved
1bunchfresh basil, chopped
1/2cupcucumber, chopped
Marinated Bocconcini
1cupmini bocconcini
1cupbocconcini
1tbspolive oil
1tbspbalsamic vinegar
salt & pepper
Italian Salad Dressing
1/2cuplite mayo
1splashred wine vinegar
splasholive juice
1tbsphoney
1tspdried oregano
1tbspDijon Mustard
1garlic clove, grated
salt & pepper
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiled, cooked pasta according to the box directions. Once cooked, set aside and allow to completely cool.
In a small bowl, combine marinated bocconcini ingredients. Mix together until bocconcini is tossed and set aside.
In a bowl, combine Italian dressing ingredients. Mix together until combined and set aside.
Add all pasta salad ingredients to a bowl, including the marinated bocconcini. Pour Italian dressing overtop and mix together until everything is evenly tossed. Top with fresh pepper and basil. Serve and enjoy!
