Ingredients
Grilled Chicken
2chicken breasts
1tsppaprika
1tsponion powder
1tspgarlic powder
1tsporegano
Salt & pepper
Bread Crumbs
2rosemary sprigs
2thyme sprigs
2hamburger buns or pieces of Bread
Avocado oil spray
Salad
2heads romaine lettucechopped
1cupParmesan cheesegrated
Caesar Dressing
1/2lemonjuiced
2garlic cloves
2anchovies
2egg yolks
1cupolive oil
Few dashes Worcestershire
1tspDijon mustard
1cupParmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
For the chicken- pound with meat mallet and season both sides. Add to air fryer at 375F degrees for 10 minutes. Let rest and check temp with thermometer - should be 165F degrees.
Add hamburger buns to food processor. Process until crumbs are formed. Add to baking sheet. Spray with avocado oil and toss with fresh herbs. Bake for 10-12 minutes in oven until breadcrumbs are toasted.
Add all dressing ingredients minus, olive oil, Parmesan cheese and black pepper to food processor. Process until dressing is formed and slowly add in olive oil. Stop food processor and add in Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Process again until combined. Chop and wash romaine and add to a large bowl. Top with Parmesan cheese, toasted bread crumbs and black pepper. Add grilled chicken and top with fresh lemon and dressing. Serve and enjoy!
